Our Role
As the new operations partner for La Cocina, Seedling Projects will draw upon the technical expertise of Dominic Phillips to ensure that the second annual San Francisco Street Food Festival is organized for optimal flow, enjoyment, and access to delicious, authentic street food.

Project Details
Held in the heart of the Mission District of San Francisco, the festival is a celebration of La Cocina’s food business incubation program. In its inaugural year, the one block street festival saw 20,000 visitors in one day. This year, using the expertise gained at the 85,000 person Slow Food Nation event, Seedling Projects is supporting La Cocina in expanding the festival to include four city blocks, doubling the number of food vendors and bars, and reorganized the site plan to comfortably feed and accommodate an anticipated 40,000 visitors.
